Careers
Build software the way you wish it was built.
Alphacroft is small and intends to hire slowly and well. The standards on this site (honest scoping, work in the open, everything documented) are the working conditions, not just the marketing.
01 · Working here
The conditions, stated like we mean them.
Senior standards, small team
You'll ship real systems for real businesses with full context: no ticket-factory anonymity, no pyramid.
Work in the open
Weekly demos, decision logs, and clients who see progress live. Your work is visible, and so is the credit.
Salaries published
Every opening lists its range. Negotiation skill shouldn't set pay, and we won't waste your time discovering a mismatch in the final round.
Remote-first, rhythm-heavy
EU-timezone remote with deliberate in-person moments. The rhythm (demo Fridays, written updates) is what keeps remote from meaning invisible.
Tooling that respects you
A real equipment budget, paid learning time, and the same boring-excellent stack we deploy for clients.
Hiring with timelines
Every stage has a stated turnaround, partial-match applicants are explicitly welcome, and every application gets a reply. Yes, really.
02 · Open roles
Openings, when they’re real.
No open roles right now
We post roles here the moment they exist, with salary ranges, always. If you build to the standards on this site and want to be first in line, send a short note and a link to something you’ve made. Speculative applications get read and answered, and with your consent we’ll keep you in mind as roles open.
03 · How hiring works
Four stages, two weeks, no gauntlet.
Application
Reply within 5 business days
A CV or profile link and a short note. No cover-letter theater.
Conversation
45 minutes
Mutual: your questions matter as much as ours. We'll describe real current work, not idealized work.
Practical
≤ 3 hours, paid
A realistic exercise close to actual Alphacroft work, compensated, because your time is work.
Decision
Within 3 business days
A yes with an offer in writing, or a no with actual reasons. Either way, an answer.
Rather work with us than for us?
Most people land here from the services pages. If that’s you, this button is the right one.
