Shopify's checkout is excellent and sometimes the right call; we build custom storefronts on Shopify's backend, or fully custom systems when your model doesn't fit theirs. We'll show you the trade-off in numbers.

Shopify or custom?
Rule of thumb: standard products, standard shipping: Shopify, probably with a custom storefront. Complex pricing, delivery logic, or B2B flows: custom. We'll price both paths in discovery so it's your call, informed.
What about transaction fees?
You'll pay payment processing (roughly 1.5-3%) whoever builds your store. What we eliminate is platform rent on functionality you could own. The proposal includes a running-cost table, not just a build price.
Will we lose sales during migration?
The cutover is planned for your quietest window, the old store stays live until the new one is verified, and redirects preserve your search traffic. Zero-downtime migration is standard, not premium.
