Founding Client Program

The honest trade behind our first case studies.

Alphacroft is new, and this site holds no invented statistics or borrowed logos, which means our proof section starts empty. The Founding Client Program is how it fills: our first cohort gets founder-level delivery at preferential terms, and the measured results get published together. Both sides of that trade are written below.

01 · What you get

Senior standards, founder attention, better terms.

Founder on your project

Not founder 'oversight': the founder as your principal engineer and single point of accountability.

Preferential rates

A stated founding-cohort discount on the standard rate card, in writing on the proposal.

First in line

Founding clients get scheduling priority as the order book grows.

The full process, uncompromised

Portal, weekly demos, handover pack, warranty: the entire standard applies. The discount buys attention, not corners.

02 · What we get

Evidence we can publish with a straight face.

A measured case study

When the project closes, we agree the real numbers together and publish the result, with your approval on every figure, anonymized if you prefer.

A reference

A future prospect may ask to speak with you. Fifteen minutes, a few times a year, only ever with your prior OK.

Blunt feedback

A short retrospective on what worked and what didn't. We're building the firm's habits in these first engagements.

03 · Eligibility

Three conditions, stated plainly.

  • A real project with a real budget. The discount applies to serious work, not speculative favors.
  • Willingness to measure: we agree upfront which numbers will define success, so the eventual case study is evidence, not adjectives.
  • Comfort with co-publication at project close: anonymized is fine; invented is never an option.

The cohort is deliberately small. Founder-level delivery doesn’t scale, which is the point of the offer.
