Prototype

Clickable key screens. We change them until they're right; this is where change is cheap.
In your portal: The prototype link, versioned as it evolves.
Build
3-10 weeks
Weekly releases to staging, weekly demo. Scope changes are priced before work, never smuggled in.
In your portal: Weekly updates, staging access, milestone progress.
Launch & handover

Data migration, training, go-live, and the full handover pack.
